Project Details.

The project is a luxury private residence located in Cyprus. It includes 20 suites of the highest level of finishes — private SPA, Jacuzzi, Himalayan Salt Bath and MADE IN ITALY furnishing and supplies — for maximum comfort. Each suite consists of 120 sqm on two floors. A communal Lounge bar area is included in the project.

The frame structure is designed in order to minimise the use of structural elements through an alternation between opaque walls and windows. The building has a perfect symmetry between the bodies that creates an unique harmony.

The basement parking lots are served with mechanical lifts.
